Hi, we’re Mortimer Music Live
Mortimer Music Live CiC is a community interest company, founded to support performing arts activities within Mortimer and the surrounding areas.
Launched from the success of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, we are a not for profit organisation that aims to bring a series of musical events to Mortimer and the surrounding areas.
On 15th June 2013 we staged our first live open air music and arts spectacular on Mortimer Fairground, which was a ground breaking success.
The aim of Mortimer Music Live is to:
Encourage more accessible live music in the village and surrounding regions
Identify suitable venues to suit a range of musical styles
Identify local performers and give them a chance to be heard
We hold a number of large and small events each year, in and around Mortimer and support other local festivals such as Burghfest.
We’re looking for talent for all events, so if you’re a local musician or group and would like to appear at an event, get in touch with us.

Mortimer Music Live CiC is made up of both directors and members. Together they oversee the day-to-day management and the running of our projects and events.

Mortimer Music Live CiC has 5 Directors on the Board who are legally responsible for the management and governance of the community interest company.
The current chair of the board is Ryan Saunders.
