MML run a number of projects aimed at increasing music and creative opportunities in West Berkshire.

1-2-1 ARTIST MENTORING
Aspiring local artists, musicians and producers can receive 1-2-1 mentoring by industry professionals through our Artist Mentoring project.
The mentoring is designed to further artistic creativity, build practical skills to further artistic career and open doorways to opportunities both local and further afield.
1-2-1 PRODUCTION MENTORING
Our Production Mentoring aim is targeted at those who seek a career in technical production, covering audio, visual and production management disciplines.
MML has a strong track record in launching the careers in production, with MML alumni working across world-class artist tours, broadcast and festivals.
COMMUNITY SOUND SYSTEM
We have created a community resource that will help to support and grow West Berkshire’s strong cultural offering.
The Community Sound System project will remove a significant cost for community groups who wish to stage or run a performance or event within the local community, by having access to a state-of-the-art live music kit consisting of audio system, microphones, mixer and valuable professional support through MML’s network.
